How much do you charge for shipping?
A:
The shipping cost in the continental 48 US States is covered by Our Place in the Woods. The price you see is what you will be charged. No need to go to your shopping cart to determine your shipping cost.

How soon do you ship?
A:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, orders typically ship within 2-5 days.

Q:
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
A:
Each product will have its shipping methods posted in the description. Only if USPS is listed as a shipping method can that product be shipped to this type of address.

Q:
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands?
A:
Yes, but the shipping prices quoted on the products page only apply to the continental 48 US States. If you need items shiped to one of these other locations you'll need to contact us for an accurate shipping quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most items are shippable to Canada, UK, Australia, and the United States. You'll need to contact us for an accurate shipping quote.

 The shipping cost varies depending on the product(s) being shipped. You'll need to contact us for an accurate shipping quote. Please keep in mind that we do combine shipping, typically on products of the same general category..

Do you combine items for shipping discounts?

At this time Our Place in the Woods covers your shipping cost in the continental 48 US States.

Do you track my orders?
A:
Yes, all domestic orders are tracked. Click the "Track My Order" link at the top of any page and add your order number. Waybill Number is your tracking number.

What shipping methods do you use?
A:
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL depending on the products being shipped and the address it's shipped to. Please see product details for information on the shipping carrier being used.

Q:
How are returns handled?
A:
If the item was damaged during shipping or in the extremely rare instance that we sent the wrong item or if it is defective on arrival, then please let us know and we will take care of it for you. If you just don't like the item, then there is typically a 15-20% restocking fee, depending on the item. Also, please CONTACT US FIRST before making any returns.

If for some reason the item IS listed to be sold, and becomes "out of stock" you will be notified asap and be refunded if necessary.
